“Your pH is really a sign of how your body is managing your mineral reserve”. I predict that within 3 – 5 years we all will know our body’s pH and be talking about it. We were having lunch and I find myself watching what people are eating, mostly the portions and especially if they drink their water.
I was fortunate to be having lunch with Richard who is 71, looks 51 and acts 35. You get it. He is a walking talking machine on pH, alkalinity, and how it all makes sense. In a minute he pulled out some drops to test our water. After a few drops it turned lt. green/yellow a 5.3 on the pH. Wow my eyes were YUCK. Where’s my green bottle which my friends are all laughing right now because I never travel anywhere without my green bottle.
